AllergensWe are a fully vegan business which means all our ingredients originate from plants, there is no risk of cross-contamination with any animal-sourced ingredients. We are NOT a Nut-free or Gluten-free kitchen; however, we take allergens and food safety extremely seriously and are diligent in following all precautions to prevent cross-contamination.

Business InformationWe do not have a storefront. We are a licensed and insured home-based cottage-food business with our primary sales being through our online shop. We ship our products nationwide and we do sell locally via a monthly schedule and will be expanding to local markets and events. A local product and delivery calendar will be available monthly. Cottage-Food Establishments are food operations that are not subject to Florida's Food Safety Regulations. Business Hours: Monday through Saturday 10 am to 7 pm. Sundays Closed

Delivery & Pick UpLocal Pick-Up Orders All items are made to order, and we ask that you place your order with the following notice: 4 days’ notice for orders with any baked goods (bread, pastries, cakes, etc.) 2 days’ notice for orders with only non-perishable products (jams, baking mixes, etc.) ⏰ Orders must be placed by 7:00 PM to count for the day. Orders placed after 7 PM are processed the next day.

Events & MarketsMARKETS & EVENTS After careful consideration we decided to remove markets from our agenda in 2025 and here is why. While we cherish the connections we’ve made and the vibrant atmosphere of the markets, the time-consuming process of preparing, baking, packaging, loading, setting up, and dismantling, combined with the insufficient return on investment, has led us to reevaluate our priorities. As a small business owner and a devoted mom, finding the right work-life balance is crucial. By reallocating our time and energy away from markets, we aim to focus on product exploration, creation, restocking, marketing strategies, content creation, and other essential aspects that will propel our business forward. We understand the importance of efficient investment in areas that foster growth and reflect our evolving vision. We will miss the personal connections and interactions with our loyal clients and fellow small businesses, but we are excited for what the future holds in 2025 - a year dedicated to sharpening our focus and expanding our horizons. Local Delivery🚚 Local Delivery & Pick-Up Policy Serving Port St. Lucie to Boca Raton, Florida At Charity’s Vegan Kitchen, we proudly offer local delivery and pick-up options so you can enjoy our artisan baked goods and handcrafted vegan products with ease. 🗓️ Delivery Schedule We deliver once a month from Port St. Lucie to Boca Raton. Please check our calendar and delivery zone map for the next available date and order deadlines. Delivery fees are based on your location and calculated at checkout. Simply select “Local Delivery” and provide your full address to confirm eligibility. 📦 Pre-Order Requirements To ensure freshness and accuracy, please follow our pre-order guidelines: Baked Goods: Order at least 4 days before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date. Non-Perishable Items (jams, baking mixes, seasonings): Order at least 2 days in advance. 🛍️ Pick-Up Orders Pick-up is available in Port St. Lucie by appointment. You will receive a confirmation with your pick-up details once your order is ready. ⚠️ Important Delivery Policy An adult must be present to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time. We do not leave packages unattended, and no refunds will be issued if no one is available to accept delivery. PackagingWe strive to use the safest and healthiest options for both our clients, the planet and animals. We use BPA free and unbleached parchment sheets and baking liners. We opt for unbleached and eco friendly bags, and packaging materials and even some made with recycled materials. Our cellophane bags are plant based and our plastic containers are also made from plants, and 100% compostable. We try to be as present on conscious of every decision we make.

Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule your attendance for a class or event: Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date. You may transfer your registration to a future class (subject to availability) or receive a credit toward another offering. Requests made less than 72 hours before the event may not be eligible for rescheduling or credit due to the cost of materials and limited class space. 👩🍳 No-Shows Participants who do not attend a scheduled class or event without prior communication will forfeit the full cost of the class. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for no-shows. 🛑 Cancellations by Charity’s Vegan Kitchen In the rare event that a class or event is canceled or postponed by Charity’s Vegan Kitchen, LLC (e.g., due to illness, emergency, or low enrollment): You will be given the option to receive a full credit, transfer your registration to a future date, or receive a full refund. We do not ship internationally at this time. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses—please use a complete street address when placing your order. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses cannot be forwarded, and we are not responsible for packages lost due to inaccurate delivery details. 🍞 What We Ship We ship non-perishable products as well as select baked items, including: Breads, cookies, muffins, and pastries ❌ We do not ship cakes, cupcakes, or highly perishable baked goods at this time. 🕒 Order Processing & Shipping Schedule Processing time: Please allow up to 2 business for non perishables and up to 5 business days for perishable items for packaging and processing before your order ships. Shipping days: Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed after 6 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday. Total delivery time can take up to 14 days, depending on the items ordered, delivery method selected, and destination. ✈️ Shipping Methods & Delivery Time We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
